It is OK to have a Bad Day

Do you ever have a day where you can’t seem to find any motivation to be productive? That was me yesterday. I was distracted at work all day and couldn’t stay focused on the task at hand. After getting home, instead of heading to the gym, I sat down in my chair and just hung out.
Throughout the night I was upset with myself for not being focused and productive. It got to the point that my fiance noticed and mentioned how you can have bad days.
It is just like golf. There will be days where you are in the zone and can’t miss a shot. Then you will have other days where you have no feel for your swing and you score shows it. We all get those days. We either can dwell on those days and feel sorry for ourselves, or we can just let it go and move on to the next. You can’t be perfect everyday.
